Night call is organized as a two-week block rotation for senior residents, who are joined by junior residents from the team in an every fourth night rotation. The family practice service is busy and diverse and offers an outstanding clinical experience. Residents have adequate autonomy, but help when they need it. The faculty organize daily didactic teaching sessions to complement the clinical experiences of patient care. The family practice service is recognized for its quality of care, its efficiency, and its service orientation to patients. |
